RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Chictendencia, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at support@chictendencia.com within this timeframe.
  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window passes, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified, as our products are made-to-order.
  1. Return Eligibility (180-Day Window)

Our policy is valid for 180 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns under two categories:

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If the issue is our fault, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.
  • Items arrived damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect design, size, or material sent by us.
  • Significant difference from the product description.
  1. Customer Preference / Sizing Issues If you received the correct item but it does not fit, or you simply changed your mind, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees for preference-based returns.
  • Note: We do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size/color.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@chictendencia.com with:

  1. Order Number.
  2. Reason for Return: (e.g., “Wrong Size” or “Damaged Item”).
  3. Photos/Evidence: Required if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  1. The Return Process & Address
  1. Approval: Wait for our email confirmation approving the return request (typically within 2–3 business days).
  2. Pack & Ship: Once approved, please mail the item(s) to our facility:

  1. Tracking: Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and verify the returned item at our facility.
  • Refund Amount:
    • For Defective/Wrong Items: We refund the full product cost + original shipping fee.
    • For Change of Mind/Size: We refund the full product cost.
  • Bank Processing: It may take 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
