These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chictendencia, under the executive leadership of Elijah Emmanuel Curry. By accessing our platform and acquiring footwear from our curated Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s collections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of this website immediately.
01. Eligibility & User Conduct
By utilizing this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws). Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services.
02. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive for absolute precision in displaying the color-ways and structural details of our footwear. However, due to digital rendering variations, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the physical product.
- Currency: All financial transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
- Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue specific silhouettes without prior notice.
- Flat-Rate Logistics: Shipping fees are fixed at $6.99 per order, as detailed in our comprehensive Shipping Policy.
03. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
04. Logistics & Risk of Loss
All footwear orders are processed in accordance with our 1-3 day handling and 7-15 day transit windows. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Chictendencia pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the third-party carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). We are not liable for transit delays caused by external carriers or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address data (e.g., missing ZIP+4 codes for Antioch, TN 37013) provided at checkout.
05. Restitution & Returns
Our return protocols are governed exclusively by our Refund and Returns Policy. We offer a 30-day evaluation window accompanied by complimentary, pre-paid digital return labels. To be eligible for a full refund, footwear must be returned in “Store-Original” condition—unworn, uncreased, and in the original branded packaging. Any product returned with visible outdoor wear will be ineligible for restitution.

The “Chictendencia” name, brand logo, custom footwear designs, and all literary content on this site are the intellectual property of
Elijah Emmanuel Curry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. No portion of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, or exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent from our legal department.
07. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Chictendencia does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. In no case shall Chictendencia, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
08. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these terms shall be filed in the courts located in Davidson County, TN.
