By using the website, you represent and warrant that:

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include:

• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.
• Cancellations: If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

• Shipping: We provide Standard Delivery at a flat rate of $6.99. Processing occurs Monday – Saturday (EST). We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, or international locations.
• Returns: You have 180 days from the delivery date to request a return for damaged or incorrect items.
• Refunds: Cancellations are only accepted within a 24-hour window after purchase.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chictendencia and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost profits or loss of data) arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last six months.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

• Informal Resolution: We agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating court proceedings.
• Venue: Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Summerville, South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times due to maintenance or technical issues. You agree that we have no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by your inability to access the site.

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements and notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
