CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth process for both you and our production team, please review our policy regarding order modifications and cancellations.

1. The 24-Hour Grace Period

• Free Cancellation/Modification: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no extra cost.
• Timing: This window is measured in Eastern Standard Time (EST) based on the timestamp of your order.
• Strict Deadline: After 24 hours, your order is sent to our made-to-order production facility. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

If you are within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately:

• Email: support@chictendencia.com
• Subject Line: “Cancel/Change Order – Order #[Your Order Number]”
• Include in your email:
  • Order number.
  • Full name and email used at checkout.
  • Specific details of the change (e.g., new size, updated shipping address, or request for full cancellation).

3. Eligible Modifications (Within 24 Hours)

During the initial 24-hour window, you may request changes to:

• Shipping Address: Correcting or updating the delivery location.
• Item Details: Changing the size, color, variant, or quantity.
• Personalization: Updating design notes or custom text (if applicable).
• Full Cancellation: Receiving a 100% refund to your original payment method.

4. Address Accuracy & Liability

• Double-Check: Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. Chictendencia is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the address. Any carrier-initiated redirection is performed at the customer’s own risk.
• Returned Parcels: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the order to a corrected address.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations (within 24 hours) are processed in full to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Most refunds are initiated within 2 business days after confirmation.
• Bank Credit: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 10–15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Orders in Production or Shipped

If your order has already entered the production phase (after 24 hours) or has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information on how to file a claim within 180 days of delivery.
