At Chictendencia, we value creativity, innovation, and originality. This policy outlines our standards for IP protection and the procedures for reporting suspected infringements.

- We do not allow the uploading or distribution of any material that violates the proprietary rights of others.
- Any content found to be in violation of IP rights will be removed immediately upon verification.
- We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or services of repeat infringers.
- Reporting IP Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that any material on our website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal written notice to us with the subject line: “IP Infringement Notice”.
To be valid, your notice must include the following (in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act):

- Investigation & Action
Upon receiving a valid notice, Chictendencia will:

- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if necessary.
- Notify the party responsible for the material, who may then submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was an error.
- Warning Against False Claims
Please be aware that submitting a false or malicious claim of infringement may result in legal liability for damages, including court costs and attorney’s fees. We encourage all rights holders to act in good faith.
- Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Chictendencia reserves the right to deny future services and take further legal action against any individual or entity found to consistently violate intellectual property rights.
