• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if necessary.
• Notify the party responsible for the material, who may then submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was an error.

5. Warning Against False Claims

Please be aware that submitting a false or malicious claim of infringement may result in legal liability for damages, including court costs and attorney’s fees. We encourage all rights holders to act in good faith.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Chictendencia reserves the right to deny future services and take further legal action against any individual or entity found to consistently violate intellectual property rights.
