All creative assets on this platform—including but not limited to unique footwear designs, custom typography, high-resolution lifestyle photography, graphics, and technical product descriptions for our Men’s, Women’s, and Youth collections—are the exclusive property of Chictendencia and our founder, Elijah Emmanuel Curry. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or digital scraping of these materials is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal enforcement.

If you believe that any material on our site violates your copyright or trademark, please submit a formal “Infringement Notice” to our Designated Agent containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized IP owner.
• Detailed identification of the copyrighted work or trademark in question.
• Specific location (URLs) of the infringing material on our site.
• Full contact information (Address, telephone, and email).
• A statement of “Good Faith Belief” that the usage is unauthorized.
• A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the notification is accurate and legally valid.

If you believe a notice has been filed against you in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt, Chictendencia will share this information with the complaining party. We reserve the legal right to restore access to the disputed material within 10-14 business days unless notified of a court action.

Chictendencia maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate access and block the accounts of any individual or entity found to consistently violate the intellectual property rights of others.
