We provide specialized domestic delivery services exclusively within the
United States. To maintain a straightforward financial experience and eliminate hidden costs at checkout, Chictendencia employs a simplified flat-rate shipping model for every order, regardless of weight or volume.

02. Fulfillment & Transit Timelines
Every order undergoes a rigorous quality inspection at our facility before dispatch. Please observe the following chronological expectations:

03. Elite Carrier Network
To ensure your footwear is handled with the appropriate reverence, we partner with a tier-one network of carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The specific carrier is selected based on the optimal transit route to your specific zip code. Each parcel is fully insured against theft or physical damage while in the custody of the carrier.
04. Sophisticated Order Tracking
Transparency is fundamental to our service. Once your order is scanned into the carrier’s system, an automated notification will be dispatched to your provided email address. This digital receipt will contain a unique Tracking ID and a direct link to the carrier’s live portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the digital footprint of your package to update on the carrier’s server after the initial notification.
05. Address Verification & Restrictions
Currently, Chictendencia delivers exclusively to physical residential or commercial addresses. We are
unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO) at this time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping data provided at checkout.
Logistical Constraint: We cannot redirect a parcel or modify a delivery address once the package has transitioned into the “Transit” phase.
06. Shipping Discrepancies
If your tracking data indicates a “Delivered” status but the package is not in your possession, or if your footwear arrives with signs of exterior transit damage, please notify our Antioch concierge desk within 48 hours. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and prioritize a replacement shipment or a full reimbursement to ensure your satisfaction remains intact.
