At Chictendencia, directed by Elijah Emmanuel Curry, our logistics system is engineered for rapid fulfillment to ensure your footwear arrives without delay. Because we prioritize this speed, the window for modifying or rescinding an order is remarkably brief. We ask our patrons to review their selections—including sizing, color-ways, and shipping coordinates—carefully before finalizing their purchase.

The 6-Hour Grace Period

You have a maximum of six (6) hours from the precise timestamp of your purchase to request a cancellation or structural change to your order. Beyond this window, our Antioch fulfillment hub initiates the packing process, and modifications are no longer technically feasible.

01. Formal Cancellation Protocol

If you have a change of heart immediately following your transaction, please notify our concierge desk. To ensure your request is timestamped and prioritized, we require all cancellation notices to be submitted via email: Once a valid request is received within the 6-hour window, we will immediately void the transaction and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

02. Order Refinement & Changes

We can facilitate specific refinements to your order provided it has not yet transitioned into the “Processing” phase at our Tennessee facility. These changes include:
Sizing & Color: Swapping for a different size or shade within the same product line.
Address Correction: Rectifying typographical errors in your shipping coordinates (e.g., zip code 37013).
Contact Details: Updating your email or phone number for delivery notifications.

*Note: Once the 6-hour period expires, we recommend utilizing our Free Returns Policy once the package arrives.

03. Post-Dispatch Status

If your footwear has already been dispatched from our Antioch hub and handed over to the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS), we are incapable of intercepting the shipment. In this scenario:
  1. Do Not Refuse Delivery: Refused packages often bypass our automated return scanning and can lead to significant refund delays or loss.
  2. Accept & Process: Accept the package and immediately contact us to download and print your Pre-paid Return Shipping Label.
  3. Restitution: Upon receipt of the unworn items at our facility, a full refund will be initiated.
