A: Every order undergoes a 1-3 business day processing period. Following dispatch, transit typically takes 7–15 business days. We partner with premium carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your footwear arrives securely and in peak condition.

Q: What is your return policy for incorrect fit or change of mind?

A: Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-Day Return Window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return for an exchange or a full refund.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees for returned products?

A: No. Chictendencia maintains a transparent $0 Restocking Fee policy. If a return is approved, you will be refunded 100% of the original product purchase price to your original payment method.

Q: How do I use the pre-paid return label?

A: Once your return is authorized via support@chictendencia.com, we will provide a pre-paid PDF shipping label. Simply print, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. No out-of-pocket postage is required at the time of drop-off.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We utilize the PayPal Secure Gateway, which allows you to pay via PayPal Balance, or as a guest using major Credit/Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase safely.
