What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support secure payments through PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but you must act quickly! You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request any changes (size, color, address) or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be modified.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; all payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.

How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate Standard Shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Transit Time: 5–15 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days.

How can I track my package? Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take 3–7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status after the package has left our facility.

Where do you ship to? Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

What is your return policy? We offer a 180-day return window from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

How do I start a return? Please email us at support@chictendencia.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Do not send items back without prior approval from our support team.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we typically issue a refund within 2 business days. It may take an additional 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Are the products custom-made? Yes, many of our items are made-to-order specifically for you. This is why we have a strict 24-hour policy for changes and require a few days for processing.

What should I do if I received the wrong size? Please check the size tag and compare it to our size chart. If we sent a size different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
