Chictendencia assumes 100% of the return logistics costs. We provide downloadable, pre-paid digital labels for every return request. No hidden fees, no restocking penalties.

You are granted a 30-calendar-day evaluation period beginning from the date of confirmed delivery. This window is intended to allow you sufficient time to trial your footwear in a controlled, indoor environment. We encourage you to ensure the fit is impeccable before committing to outdoor use.

To qualify for a full restitution of funds, the returned items must adhere to our preservation standards:

• Unworn Condition: Footwear must be in pristine, original condition with no discernible wear on the outsoles, uppers, or interior lining.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned within the original branded shoe box, which must itself be protected by an outer shipping carton.
• Completeness: All original components, including dust bags, spare laces, shoe trees, and authenticity cards, must be included in the return shipment.

*Professional Recommendation: Please trial your footwear on carpeted surfaces to prevent accidental abrasion of the outsoles during the decision process.

Our “Download & Print” system simplifies the logistics of returning your items:

1. Initiation: Notify our concierge team at support@chictendencia.com with your order reference number.
2. Documentation: Within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday), you will receive a Pre-paid PDF Shipping Label in your inbox.
3. Preparation: Download and print the label on standard paper using any home or office printer.
4. Secure Packing: Secure the footwear in its original box and affix the label to the exterior of the shipping package.
5. Dispatch: Deposit the package at any authorized carrier facility (USPS, UPS, or FedEx as specified on the label).

Once your return is received at our Antioch facility, it undergoes a quality inspection within 48 hours. Upon approval:

• Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of the original product price. Restocking fees are non-existent ($0).
• Payment Method: Funds are credited back to the original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
• Bank Processing: While we issue the refund immediately, financial institutions typically reflect the credit within 5–10 business days.

In the highly improbable event that you receive damaged merchandise or an incorrect order, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize an expedited replacement or full refund, and a priority pre-paid label will be provided for the return of the incorrect item at absolutely no cost to you.
