  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Payment: Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Holidays: Please note that our processing center is closed on U.S. federal holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update once the carrier receives your package.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival time, please contact us for assistance.

Customized products require extra processing time depending on the design complexity. Please allow additional days for our production team to complete your request before the item is dispatched.

  1. Address & Responsibility
  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Returned Packages: If an order is returned due to an invalid address, re-shipping fees will apply if you wish to have it resent.
  • Carrier Redirects: We are not liable for lost or damaged packages if you request a address change or redirection through the carrier after the package has left our facility.
